Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home care services tailored to each client’s unique needs, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication management
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including care plans, progress notes, and incident reports
• Ensure a safe living environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing safety measures
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families by providing emotional support and companionship
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, privacy regulations, and care standards to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred; relevant training will be provided if necessary
