*Job Summary*

*As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Care is provided one-on-one and guided by an individualized service plan, with training and ongoing support provided by the agency.*

*What You’ll Do*

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding (as appropriate)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care plan
• Provide exercise and medication reminders only
• *Offer in-home respite care for families*
• *Observe and report changes in client condition or home safety*
• *Complete required documentation, including time in and out*

*All care is* non-medical and provided within agency guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions
• Physical ability to safely assist clients
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
• *Willingness to complete paid training and competency validation*
• *Additional languages are a plus*
• *Reliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursed when applicable)*
