Job description Personal Care Assistant Part time Mon/Wed/Friday 8am-1pm Golden Years Adult Day Health Care is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistants to support clients at home with the following:

• Household tasks and daily routines
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Hygiene
• Meal Prep
• Laundry
• Personal Assistance
• Medication Reminders
• Transportation

• Able to maintain professional boundaries and build trust over time.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance is required.
• Ability to pass extensive background check (this includes the child abuse registry and sex offender registry)
• Extensive drug screen

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
