Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various caregiving techniques and be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide memory care support for individuals experiencing cognitive challenges.
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily routines, fostering independence while providing support.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring a comfortable environment.

Experience

• Familiarity with memory care techniques and patient observation skills is essential.
• Proven ability to perform patient monitoring effectively, ensuring timely responses to client need.
• Experience in meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.

Schedule will go as follows: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Possibly Saturday
