Stand Out Home Care is hiring In-Home Caregivers throughout Southeast Idaho!

$14–$16 per hour, depending on experience

Some days, making a difference looks like preparing a warm meal. Other days, it’s helping someone get ready for the day, keeping their home comfortable, or taking time to listen.

As a caregiver, the everyday things you do help people feel respected, supported, and more independent in their own homes.

Whether you’re an experienced caregiver looking for a fresh start or someone ready to try meaningful work, we’d love to meet you. No nursing degree required!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Provide companionship and encouragement

✅ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

✅ Prepare meals and help with daily routines

✅ Help with light housekeeping and laundry

✅ Follow client care plans and document the care you provide

✅ Communicate client needs and changes to your supervisor

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ At least 18 years old

✔️ Dependable, professional, and compassionate

✔️ Reliable transportation to client homes

✔️ Ability to complete required background screening

✔️ A smartphone for clocking in and out

✔️ Willingness to complete required training

✔️ Respect for each client’s dignity, privacy, and choices
