WHAT YOU'LL DO

Every client has different needs, and our caregivers play an important role in helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily nutritional needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Dementia care and supervision
• Encouraging independence while maintaining client safety
• Communicating client needs and concerns with the office

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependability, compassion, and professionalism are essential to providing exceptional care.

Ideal candidates will

• Be dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Have reliable transportation to client locations
• Be willing to travel to different client homes throughout the local service area
• Have consistent availability and a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate patience, compassion, and respect for seniors
• Be comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff
• Be flexible and willing to assist with various client needs
• Successfully complete required background checks and drug screenings
• Have previous caregiving experience
• Take pride in providing high-quality care

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, personal care assistant, CNA, or in a similar position is preferred.

You do not have to be a CNA to be a great caregiver. We value individuals with hands-on caregiving experience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
