In Home Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients who may require assistance due to age, illness, or disability. Our goal is to keep our clients in their home and out of a nursing home. This is why we need amazing, caring & dependable caregivers. Orientation/Training is done at our office in Oak Ridge, TN.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Help with medication Reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or social activities.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• MUST WEAR BLACK SCRUBS TO SHIFT WITH NAME BADGE.
• Must complete timesheets daily and clock in and out daily.
• Must document daily notes daily regarding our members status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
• Kind, Caring, Honest & Dependable a must.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established care protocols.
• Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
• CNA's Needed but not a requirement.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
