$42.00 – $47.00 per visit (based on experience and availability)

### Schedule & Availability

This is a specific client assignment with consistent, recurring shifts. We are currently staffing a weekday crew and a weekend crew.

Shifts Needed

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Caregivers do not need to be available for all shifts, but availability for a large portion of the listed shifts is strongly preferred.

This client requires multiple caregivers per shift, and we are actively building a reliable rotation.

### Position Overview

We are seeking confident, experienced, and emotionally resilient caregivers to support a client in Boulder who requires consistent hands‐on care and calm, professional redirection.

This role is best suited for someone who is

• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to remain composed with challenging behaviors
• Interested in a higher‐paying, structured per‐visit assignment

While this posting is for a specific client, caregivers will have the option to work with additional clients.

### Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain calm, professional boundaries with an extremely verbally combative client
• Assist with personal care, including changing adult undergarments
• Learn and follow detailed care routines and care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
• Communicate clearly with office staff regarding care needs or concerns
