Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping mainly in the living room and decluttering
• Assist with meal prep, errand runs, grocery shopping
• Follow care plans meticulously, documenting services provided and client progress accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care or related fields preferred; experience with diverse populations including geriatrics is highly valued
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols and the ability to handle urgent situations effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds
• Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while demonstrating flexibility in adapting to individual needs
• Valid driver’s license and or reliable transportation are often required for travel between client homes
