is building a team of compassionate caregivers to support clients located within *approximately 30 minutes of Nashua, New Hampshire.*

In this role, you’ll provide respectful, dependable in-home support that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes. Your work may include personal care, assistance with daily routines, companionship, and other individualized support based on each client’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and respectful care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support clients with mobility and safe transfers using appropriate techniques.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the Seasons of Life team.
• Provide transportation assistance when needed.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and accurately document completed care.
• Use a smartphone with internet access and location services enabled to view schedules, clock in and out, and complete visit and ADL documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• LNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Previous caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to working with older adults is essential.
• Dependability and strong communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Must successfully complete required background and registry checks.
• A health screening and required TB testing must be completed before working with clients.
• Caregivers must complete required agency orientation and training before providing applicable personal care services.
