In Home Caregiver

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for a sweet female client in the Steiner Ranch (Austin area).

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Client

• Female client with dementia
• Enjoys companionship but also values her independence
• Generally able to do many things on her own
• Fall risk & wander risk – requires attentive supervision for safety

Responsibilities

• Provide gentle supervision and ensure safety
• Offer companionship (conversation, light engagement)
• Respect her independence and personal space
• Assist with light ADLs as needed
• Help with light meal prep/snacks
• Maintain a calm, supportive environment

Ideal Caregiver

• Patient, observant, and dependable
• Experience with dementia care preferred
• Able to balance being present without being overbearing
• Strong awareness of safety concerns (falls/wandering)
