Job Overview

Seeking kind, loving Caregivers (PT), to provide companionship services for either day or night shifts.

In this vital role, you will provide personalized, in-home assistance, with an energetic approach and attention to detail. You will ensure safety, comfort, and a sense of independence, fostering a trusting relationship that promotes well-being and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home care tailored to clients needs, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support
• Monitor and report on clients’ health status, noting any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatments in a safe manner
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
• Follow all safety protocols and care plans diligently, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, observations, and any incidents or concerns

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home health care or related fields is preferred;
• Ability to respond effectively in urgent situations if needed
• Experience working in care of elderly individuals
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor are essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, or assisting with mobility safely and confidently are preferred
