About the Role

As an In Home Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care tailored to your clients' needs. You will assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will also offer companionship and support to ensure our clients feel comfortable and cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Run errands and provide transportation as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with family members and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
