Position Overview

We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional individuals to join our team as In-Home Non-Medical Caregivers. This role involves providing companionship and assistance with daily living activities for seniors, helping them maintain their independence while enjoying the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Meal preparation and light cooking
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments
• Support with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing) as needed
• Medication reminders (no administering medications)
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisor

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required – we provide training
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Register as a Home Care Aide
• TB Clearance
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability for some evenings/overnights, weekends, or holidays a plus
