### What You’ll Do

As an In-Home PRN CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily needs while ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to the medical team.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Traveling to patients’ homes as needed to deliver care.

### What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel to patient locations.
• Flexibility to see patients as needed and adapt to varying schedules.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving.
