Care Pros help seniors remain safe and independent through companionship, personal care, and specialized care, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice support.

What You'll Do

Level 1: Companion Care & Personal Care

Companionship and conversation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and meal preparation, transportation and errands, and assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.

Level 2: Specialized Care

All Level 1 services, plus advanced Alzheimer's and Dementia care, Hospice support, and complex care needs requiring advanced skills or experience.

*All Care Professionals are required to perform personal care as part of their role.*

Training That Sets You Up for Success

Comprehensive paid training from day one — virtual onboarding, hands-on, on-site training, specialized Personal Care training, and Alzheimer's and dementia training, plus access to online courses. All training is paid, so you earn while you learn.

Pay & Bonuses

Competitive pay: earn up to $24.00 per hour
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus — ask for details!
Weekend shifts: earn $2 more per hour
Work 38+ hours in any week: earn $1 more per hour for *all* hours worked

Flexible Scheduling

Part-time & full-time opportunities
Minimum 12 hours per week + one weekend per month commitment
Shifts available in Franklin, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Addison, and Lamoille counties

Requirements

Must be 18 or older, with reliable transportation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, drug screen, and references
