Responsibilities and Duties

* Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care * Teaching adaptive skills * Support wellness activities * Facilitate community participation * Prepare meals and snacks * Light housekeeping * Companionship * Update team leads and case mangers

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent * Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus! * A passion to help others * Superior interpersonal skills * Effective communication skills * Unwavering patience * Willing to travel * Valid MN Driver License and Insured Driver * Comfortable with background screening and DHS fingerprint process
