About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed CNA for Home Health, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, focusing on promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing routine care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities like meal preparation and medication management
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition, communicating effectively with our healthcare team and families
• Building strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless and personalized care experience
• Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active North Carolina CNA license
• Has a minimum of 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is able to work flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time opportunities
