For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA/CNA):

0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,000 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment

Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - Acute Care (Memorial) role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current New Hampshire license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
