What You'll Do

✔ Supervise and support resident care staff to ensure quality care and services

✔ Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changes in condition

✔ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

✔ Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers

✔ Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning

✔ Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies

✔ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to caregiving staff

✔ Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every day

Qualifications

✔ Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

✔ Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or related healthcare setting

✔ Current CPR/AED Certification

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred
