• You hold an active HCA certification or CNA License *(Required for this live-in case!)*
• You have strong, proven experience in Dementia Care
• You have NO physical lifting restrictions and are completely comfortable with hands-on care
• You have a valid Driver’s License, a reliable car, and active auto insurance
• You have a Food Handler Card and CPR/First Aid experience *(or you are fully willing to obtain them with our help!)*
• You know how to use a Hoyer Lift, or you’re ready to learn
