Live In Home Health Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In Home Health Aide to provide exceptional in-home care for individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Support clients with specialized needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall health and comfort.

Requirements

• Proven experience in home health or long-term care environments; nursing home experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient observation techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and compassion at all times.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients’ families and healthcare teams.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and perform tasks requiring stamina and dexterity. Pay: $255.00 - $260.00 per day
