This isn't just a nursing job — it's a leadership role. You'll oversee our medication program, mentor Resident Assistants, and be a trusted voice for residents' health and wellbeing, all within a warm, family-style community where your work truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations
• Ensure timely medication administration and help coordinate resident prescription refills
• Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare providers on medications, treatments, and therapies
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems
• Supervise, support, and mentor Resident Assistants (RAs), fostering a positive team culture
• Step in to support Resident Assistant duties as needed

What You'll Bring

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a senior living environment
• Strong leadership instincts and a genuine passion for senior care
