Revive Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team.

*About the Role*

The Medical Assistant/CNA will support our clinical team with patient care, room preparation, clinical tasks, administrative support, and day-to-day clinic operations.

This position will work closely with our Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and other members of the Revive team to help ensure every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients in a warm and professional manner
• Obtain and document vital signs and relevant patient information
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Assist providers and nurses with patient care and clinical procedures
• Assist with IV therapy and wellness treatments, as trained and authorized
• Assist with aesthetic treatments and procedures, as trained and authorized
• Assist with laser treatments and other clinical services, as trained and authorized
• Prepare supplies, equipment, and treatment areas
• Perform basic clinical tasks within applicable training and scope of practice
• Assist with specimen collection and laboratory processes, as appropriate
• Provide patient education and reinforce provider instructions
• Assist with patient follow-up and communication
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition or concerns to the appropriate clinician
• Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, confidentiality requirements, and infection-control standards
• Maintain inventory and assist with stocking clinical supplies
• Support the front office and overall clinic operations when needed
• Help create a positive, welcoming, and professional patient experience
• Participate in ongoing training and education
• Work collaboratively with the entire Revive team

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Previous healthcare or clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, friendly, and professional bedside manner
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Willingness to learn new treatments, technologies, and procedures
• Comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed
