Medical Assistant or CNA

About Us

We are a Private Podiatry Practice with five clinics throughout the Puget Sound area, providing high-quality foot and ankle care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our Puyallup clinic is seeking a dependable Medical Assistant or CNA to join our clinical team.

Job Duties

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Assisting the provider during exams and in-office procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterile instruments
• Assisting with wound care, injections, nail care, and other podiatric procedures
• Accurate clinical documentation in the EHR (Nextgen Healthcare)
• Providing patient education and post-visit instructions
• Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
• Cross-training and assisting with front office duties as needed (phones, scheduling, patient flow)
• Inventory management and clinic organization support as assigned
• Xrays - training and certification paid for in house

Schedule & Hours

* Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Employees shift 7:30-4:00 with a 30 minute Lunch

Qualifications

• CNA certification required (minimum)
• Medical Assistant – Registered or Certified preferred
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred (podiatry experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with patients throughout the day
