What You'll Do

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications per state guidelines
• Support activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
• Partner daily with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in and help lead resident activities
• Deliver friendly, service-oriented care to residents, families, and visitors
• Other duties as assigned (full job description provided)

What We're Looking For

• 18 years or older
• 1+ year experience working with seniors highly preferred
• Current CNA/NA license or certification (state-dependent), in good standing
• Current Registered Medication Aide certification required (68hr Course)
• Clean criminal background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or as required by state
