What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents Assist with medication and treatment administration Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care

What You'll Need:

Current and active LPN license in New Jersey (required) CPR certification (required) 2+ years of nursing experience in dementia care required Strong interpersonal and communication skills
