Memory QMA Responsibilities

• To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash.
• To monitor and assist with medication provision, following standards established by facility policies and procedures. To properly

document medication provision, services delivered, and, if appropriate, the resident's condition. * To follow the instructions given by the supervisor and communicate with the supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as

necessary
