POSITION SUMMARY

Basis Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing mobile healthcare team. This position provides direct clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers while delivering high-quality patient care in assisted living communities, long-term care facilities, independent living communities, private residences, and other community settings.

The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about improving healthcare access through innovative mobile services.

This position requires daily travel and operation of company vehicles. Applicants must be at least 25 years of age and meet the requirements for coverage under Basis Health's commercial automobile insurance policy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Support

• Assist providers, nurses, and other team members during patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical histories, chief complaints, and patient concerns.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Assist with pain management, urgent care, acute care, primary care, and follow-up visits.
• Perform specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and diagnostic testing as directed.
• Assist with wound care treatments and dressing changes.
• Administer injections and medications within scope of practice and state regulations.
• Assist with laboratory specimen processing and transportation.
