Qualifications for Caregivers

To become a part of our compassionate team, you should meet the following qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
• Availability:Open
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience is preferred.

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver

In your role as a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow designated shift schedules and individualized care plans.
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client’s condition.

• Have a reliable personal vehicle, current, valid auto insurance with your name listed on the policy, and a reliable smartphone with active cellular service.
• Can provide proof of a negative TB test (within 12 months) or obtain one.
• Hold a current CPR certification or can obtain it.
• Are physically able to lift up to 220 lbs, assist with mobility, and operate equipment such as a Hoyer lift.
