Job Overview

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide respectful, dependable care in clients’ homes and community settings. Caregivers support daily routines, comfort, and safety while following each client’s care plan and applicable home healthcare regulations. Your impact: Attentive, person-centered care helps clients and families maintain dignity, comfort, and confidence in daily life.

We are accepting applicants to provide care for clients throughout the following Pennsylvania counties:

• Bedford County
• Blair County
• Cambria County
• Indiana County
• Somerset County

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, and safe patient transfer methods; use a Hoyer lift when trained and required.
• Observe and report changes in condition; take vital signs and complete accurate medical documentation and records using electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) systems, as applicable.
• Support meal preparation, cooking, light house cleaning, and laundry while respecting clients’ preferences and routines.
• Provide appropriate support for senior care, geriatrics, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, memory care, hospice, and end-of-life needs, within training and care plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care teams; protect confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or PCA experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle are required.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
• Must be dependable and able to travel to clients' homes.
• Hoyer Lyft experience is a plus.
