Home Instead is seeking reliable, compassionate Weekend On-Call Care Professionals to support our clients when coverage is most critical.

Pay & Compensation

•

Starting pay of $19.00–$20.00/hour for any shifts worked

(Pay based on experience and availability)

•

$3.00/hour on-call retainer for maintaining open availability during assigned weekends

•

Overtime and holiday pay when applicable

•

Mileage reimbursement

On-call pay applies for the full on-call window when availability requirements are met.

Schedule Expectations

•

Weekends only

•

On-call period runs from 4:30 PM Friday to 8:30 AM Monday

•

Scheduled one weekend every 2–3 weeks

•

Must be able to respond promptly and arrive at client homes within our service territory

This role requires full availability during your assigned weekend.
