Overnight Caregiver (2–3 Positions Available) | Medford, OR

New Outlook Home Care is hiring 2–3 compassionate overnight caregivers to provide care for one client in Medford, Oregon. This position is 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM (15-hour overnight shifts). Coverage is needed 7 days a week, with the schedule shared among 2–3 caregivers.

We are seeking a female caregiver based on the client’s preference, but experienced male caregivers are welcome to apply.

About the Client

• Beginning stages of dementia
• Uses a walker and is a fall risk
• Wears hearing aids
• Wears protective briefs and needs assistance with brief changes
• Needs assistance with standing, sitting, and mobility
• Receives bathing assistance from another home health provider
• Values companionship, conversation, and a calm, reassuring presence

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with brief changes and personal care
• Prepare meals, snacks, and breakfast
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Monitor for safety throughout the overnight shift
• Document care provided according to agency policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred; dementia care experience is a plus
• Experience assisting clients with mobility and fall prevention
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Must pass a criminal background check

Pay

$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
