RoseWood Village at Hollymead Town Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable Overnight Caregiver (Resident Assistant) to provide care and peace of mind to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through the night. This is a role for someone who thrives in a quieter, more independent environment — and who understands that overnight care is just as vital and meaningful as any other shift.

If you have direct care experience, a heart for dementia care, and you're a natural night owl — we want to meet you.

What You Bring

• DCA (Direct Care Associate) certification — required per Virginia state regulations
• Prior direct care experience — strongly preferred
• Dementia or Memory Care experience — strongly preferred
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently through the night
• Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout overnight hours
• A genuine heart for serving seniors with dignity and compassion
