Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care during overnight shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support safe patient transfers using manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts or patient transfer methods
• Prepare nutritious meals or snacks as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed accurately
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient observations, care provided, and any incidents in compliance with facility protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience working with individuals with disorders, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease,
• Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response procedures
• Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate personal care assistance during overnight hours
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are required to ensure safety standards are met
