Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Medical Assistant/CNA for In-Office part time as needed also remote support for Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Montoring as well as any office task needed.

Position is about 16 hours per week - flexible.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an energetic, experienced, organized, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our back office team. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, team player, and self-starter who can jump in without needing constant supervision. If you’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the right fit for you! You MUST have medical front office experience, preferred internal medicine.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Provide excellent patient care with professionalism and compassion
• Accurate vital signs every visit (BP, pulse, temp, O2, weight required)
• Handle scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient communication
• Manage medical records, labs, hospital notes, and requisitions
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to keep the office running smoothly
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (or equivalent)
• Strong computer and fast typing skills
• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, scheduling, and referrals
• Knowledge of medications and e-prescribing
• Superb organization, communication, and patient service skills
• Medical office experience (Internal Medicine preferred) with knowledge of workflows, patient intake, and scheduling
• Able to room patients quickly and keep provider on schedule
