Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Patient care tech in Pre-operative (Pre-op) and Post-anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care before and after surgical procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery. Your expertise will support a seamless surgical experience, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. RESPONSIBILITIES

·Performs clerical duties including distribution of messages.

·Performs clinical duties, under the direction of an RN, including assisting patients to the restroom, removing IV catheters, vital signs, assisting with procedures etc.

·Cleans rooms if needed.

·Assists RN’s as instructed.

·Other duties as assigned

Education

· High School Diploma, or equivalent
