Job Title: Personal Caregiver/PCA for Elderly Female Client

Circle of Hearts Care Services LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to provide in-home assistance for a female client. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, respectful, and comfortable providing personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Prepare balanced meals according to the client’s dietary needs
• Provide non-medical support for the client’s diabetic care plan
• Give medication reminders as directed
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying the client’s living areas
• Assist with mobility and daily activities as needed
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Provide companionship and maintain a safe, comfortable environment
• Complete required caregiver documentation accurately and on time
• Follow the client’s care plan and all Circle of Hearts policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home-care experience preferred
• Experience assisting seniors and individuals with diabetes is preferred
• Comfortable providing hands-on bathing and grooming assistance
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and compassionate
• Able to maintain client privacy and professional boundaries
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the client, family, and agency
• Must have knowledge of dementia care and experience supporting individuals experiencing memory loss, confusion, behavioral changes, and other dementia-related symptoms.

Important

This is a non-medical caregiving position. Caregivers may provide medication reminders and observe and report concerns but may not administer insulin, perform medical procedures, or provide skilled nursing services unless properly licensed and specifically authorized.
