Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide quality, non-medical home care services. The ideal candidate respects client dignity, promotes independence, and delivers reliable support in the comfort of each client’s home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments or errands, when assigned.
• Observe and promptly report changes in a client’s condition.
• Follow each care plan and maintain accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and dependable.
• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Ability to follow care instructions and communicate professionally.
• Must meet all agency and state employment requirements, including applicable background checks, training, certifications, and health screening.
• Reliable transportation may be required for certain assignments.

Pay: $16.94 - $18.50 per hour
