PCA, HHA, Caregiver

is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide individualized support to an adult in their home. The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and comfortable assisting someone with physical support needs while encouraging independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, according to the care plan.
• Provide mobility, positioning, and transfer assistance as directed, using proper techniques and designated equipment.
• Assist with meal preparation and eating as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, accessible environment.
• Provide companionship and support participation in preferred activities.
• Respect the individual’s choices, privacy, communication preferences, and personal routines.
• Document services accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands-on personal care to individuals with physical disabilities or mobility limitations.
• Ability to safely perform the assigned care duties with appropriate training and equipment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to meet required background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Reliability, patience, and strong communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
