PCA Personal Care Aide

All-4-One HHS, Inc. a CHAP Accredited Agency is seeking PCA’s to provide Personal Care services for our patients in their homes. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the specified services to meet our client’s need in coordination with the (POC) Plan of Care.

PCA’s must be able to promote and maintain a safe and comfortable environment while providing ADL services working under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.

Qualified Candidates will have

*PCA or Nurse Aide Certification

*Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills

*Reliable Transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.77 per hour
