Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities for Caregivers

• Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.
• Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records.
• Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team.
• Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required.

Qualifications for Caregivers

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
• Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
