Position Summary

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager and Nurse Shift Supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities * Support residents’ emotional, physical, and psychological needs * Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment * Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately * Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members * Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED (required) * Must be at least 18 years of age * CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred but not required * Valid driver’s license * No experience required; training provided
