Forest City Nursing and Rehab Personal Care Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.

We are willing to train the right candidates to become Medication Technicians (Med Techs).

### Shift Available

* Part-Time 11p-7a EVERY weekend

### Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with nail care and other routine personal care tasks
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering (training provided by the facility)
• Assist residents during mealtimes and ensure nutritional needs are met
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to appropriate staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to provide quality resident care

### Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to train as a Medication Technician (Med Tech)
• Must be flexible and willing to work any shift
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
