We are seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential non-medical support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of dignity and care. Duties

• Provide compassionate companionship and personal care assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports to ensure client safety and quality care.
• Follow the specific care plan as outlined for each individual client.
• Provide timely updates to the office regarding any changes in client condition.

Requirements

Reliability

Must provide at least 1-hour notice for any schedule delays per company policy.

Compliance

Must be willing to undergo a 9-panel drug screen and annual random testing.

Documentation

Must have a valid Driver's License , Social Security Card and current TB test results.

Integrity

Must align with our mission of "Families Taking Care of Families."

Professionalism

Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or caregiver is preferred but not required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
