Position Summary

Tender Hands LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life while assisting clients with daily living activities in a respectful and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: + Bathing + Dressing + Grooming + Toileting + Mobility and transfers * Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding when necessary. * Perform light housekeeping, including: + Laundry + Dishwashing + Vacuuming + Changing bed linens + General tidying of the client's living area * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations and company policy). * Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or mental condition. * Record and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. * Follow individualized care plans and company policies. * Maintain confidentiality and protect client privacy. * Communicate effectively with clients, family members, supervisors, and healthcare professionals. * Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. * Respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents immediately.

Qualifications

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
