As a Personal Care Assistant, you will

• Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including mobility assistance, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, errands, and medication pick-up.
• Create and manage your own schedule with client approval.
• Help develop and follow a customized plan of care based on individual client needs.
• Document progress notes after each visit to record services provided.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Receive hands-on training and support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services such as Lyft/Uber not permitted).
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic understanding of client confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.85 - $16.00 per hour
