Personal Caregiver

TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregiver to join our team in Prince William County, VA. Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed * Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space * Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure safety * Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors * Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation

Requirements

* Previous experience in personal care, home health, or a caregiving role preferred * Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care * Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred * Strong communication and observation skills * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * Must pass a background check and meet state requirements for home health aides in Virginia
