PRN Caregiver

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated PRN Caregivers to join our team at Absolute Caregiving. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others. As a PRN Caregiver, you will provide flexible, on-demand assistance to individuals in need of support, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including walking, repositioning, and use of assistive devices.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up.
• Monitor and document client health status, including reporting any changes to the care coordinator.
• Assist with medication reminders and other non-medical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred.
• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift and assist with physical tasks, such as transfers and mobility.
• Background check and references required.
