Pay

$13–$15/hour | Flexible Hours + Paid Training Location: Lincolnton, Cherryville & Surrounding Areas

We are seeking is reliable, mature, and compassionate caregivers for part-time and PRN shifts. If you’re looking to supplement your income with flexible, meaningful work—we want to hear from you!

Specific Shift Need

• 8am - 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (varies)
• Location: Lincolnton

General Shift Need

• Flexible, on-call availability between 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Must be able to travel up to 30–45 minutes within the service area

Our Ideal Caregiver Has

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience (with transfer experience)
• Valid driver’s license & your own reliable transportation
• Active auto insurance
• Willingness to travel 30–45 minutes in the area
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with online training & onboarding
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Do As A Caregiver

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support mobility & transfers (as needed per client)
• Help with meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders
• Engage clients in daily activities
• Communicate and document changes in client condition
